Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Concordia University, California, where she discovered her passion for the powerful role nutrition plays in long-term health and wellness.
With over a decade of experience in health coaching and nutrition consulting, she has worked alongside medical professionals to support clients through personalized, results-driven care. Her approach is rooted in connection — Jacqueline takes time to understand each client’s unique needs, challenges, and goals, creating customized plans with built-in accountability and support.
She specializes in Sports Nutrition and Prenatal Nutrition, with a strong focus on weight loss, weight management, and behavior change. Jacqueline’s mission is to help clients not just eat better, but build healthier habits for a lifetime of success.

Your journey starts with a complemenatry 30-minute consultation, in person or by phone.
We’ll review your health history, goals, and conduct a body composition analysis to assess body fat, muscle mass, hydration, and more.
From there, we create a personalized meal plan with nutrition education, portion guides, recipes, and shopping lists. Weekly one-on-one coaching keeps you accountable, motivated, and on track.
Our program focuses on sustainable change—addressing both physical and emotional health. We provide the tools and support you need to build confidence, break old habits, and maintain lasting results.
